Sejenis ikan laut.Badan lebar dan sedikit leper.Ikan ni mempunyai banyak sisik halus.
Mempunyai banyak tulang halus.

It also has many fine bones.'












Goreng asam



Ikan dibuang kepala dan perut.Cuci bersih dan kelar.
(Ikan ni dikelar rapat2 dan banyak supaya tulang2 yg halus tu diputus2kan).

Lumur dgn.asam jawa yg.dicampurkan sedikit air dan garam.

Goreng dalam minyak panas.Kalau goreng garing tak rasa tulang yg.halus2 tu.

Remove fish head and gut.Wash clean and give multiple and closed slashes.
(The purpose of making many closed slashes is to ensure that the fine bones are shortened)

Coat the fish with tamarind paste with a little water added plus a sprinkle of salt'

Fry in hot oil.If it is fried till crispy,then u'll not get into trouble with the bones.'
